Reflexology defined;
"Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to every part of the body. Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumbs and fingers on those reflex areas.
Reflexology is the study of the reflexes in the feet, hands and ears primarily, which are considered to reflect or mirror the body. Specific micro-massage techniques are applied to the reflexes to aid the body's return to homeostasis."
